The issue is that children were allowed to run around the hallway and stomp around the room above me. We stayed in a newly renovated Accessible room for 3 nights. I also told them maybe they shouldn't tell someone they have a room with 2 beds when they don't. They could find me a cot though and a king sized bed. Very dark wallcoverings with small recessed ceiling lights combined with insufficient lighting in the remainder of the space.
